nickNick Daze was raised in Pasadena, CA. He attended Loyola High School from 1998 to 2002, where he excelled in academics and was intensely involved with extracurriculars. After starting several clubs and organizations that still operate at Loyola, he graduated and moved exactly 2.6 miles away to the University of Southern California. There, he continued his tradition of founding organizations and events, including the first inter-collegiate improv comedy festival, Fracas!. He received two BAs, one in English and the other in Theatre. He devoted much of his extracurricular time while at SC to the visual and performing arts, media, and photography. Nick worked for Apple, Inc. for 3 years during and after college, and made a clean break in the spring of 2007 to devote his efforts to founding and building Life Preserver.
